Kobe Bryant vasárnap hunyt el egy helikopter-balesetben. Az NBA legenda mellett 13 éves lánya és másik 7 ember hunyt el a tragikus balesetben. Bryant özvegye, Vanessa Bryant Instagram-oldalán mondott köszönetet a rajongóknak a tragikus baleset után.
"Teljesen letaglózott minket imádott férjem, a csodálatos édesapa, Kobe és a gyönyörű, édes Gianna, szerető és figyelmes lányom elvesztése. Részvétünket fejezzük azoknak a családoknak, akik a balesetben hozzánk hasonlóan elvesztették a szeretteiket. Nincs elég szó arra, hogy kifejezzem a fájdalmat, amit érzek. Csak az a tudat nyugtat, hogy Kobe és Gigi is tisztában volt vele, mennyire szerettük őket, és áldottak vagyunk, hogy az életünk részei voltak. Bár csak itt lennének velünk örökre, ők voltak a mi gyönyörű ajándékaink, akiket túl korán vettek el tőlünk. Vanessa azt is hozzátette, létrehoznak egy alapítványt, a tragédiában érintett családok támogatására.
